Blackberry Cobbler - submitted by AnnRan
For a 9x13 pan (full recipe):
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
3 1/2 cups blackberries

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Once oven temp is reached, melt butter in the 9x13 pan
- In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar & milk - batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour mixture on top of the melted butter in baking pan, do not mix butter and mixture together.
- Drop blackberries on top of batter - if more crust is desired, use fewer blackberries.
- Bake for one hour or until golden brown.

To make a half recipe in an 8x8 or 9x9 pan, halve all the ingredients, everything else is the same.  We often use an 8x8 aluminum pan - easy to transport to picnics, pot-lucks, etc.!!

aLiEn cHoCoLaTe BaRs      by Bits Of Whimsy

Ingredients:     6 oz pkg. butterscotch chips     
                      6 oz pkg. chocolate chips
                      1/2 cup Karo syrup
                      3/4 cups peanut butter
                      1/2 cup sugar
                      3 cups Special K

                      Heat the syrup and sugar until the boiling point.  Add in the peanut butter and cereal.  Mix and press into a 9 X 12 pan.
                      Melt the chips.  Spread them over the mixture and let cool.  Cut into bars and enjoy!

                      WARNING:  Hugely addictive!  People have been known to eat the entire pan at once!

Grape Nut Pudding  - submitted by Linda

¾ cup grape nuts
1 cup sugar
8 eggs beaten
6 cups milk
a pinch of salt
3 teaspoons of vanilla

combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 1 hour, in a water bath.
